Management of Attachments
This menu item is for the management of attachments (appendices) that can be sent within the newsletters. All the files that you provide in the system can be used by all of your BACKCLICK editors. By using the "Upload"-button, you can choose any file that is stored on your computer (or a computer within your network) as an attachment for BACKCLICK. The file will be published in the listing of the attachment files when you click on the
"Send"-button. There is no limit as to the size of an attachment, or the number of storable attachments. Note that the bigger the attachment, the longer it will take to e-mail the newsletters. Once you have uploaded the desired attachments, you may choose the attachments you want for your newsletter in the multiple-select field “Attachments,” while you are writing the newsletter.

After you have uploaded the attachment successfully, the following message will be displayed:
To erase an uploaded attachment, you need to mark the check box and click on the -button afterwards. The
confirmation will then be displayed in a separate window.
Both confirmation windows will close automatically after about 5 seconds.
