Create subscriber
Choose “Subscriber-Management” from the Main Menu -> “create subscriber” (submenu). This will open a dialogue window where you may enter the subscriber information. The data fields you see will depend on the data fields you defined for your subscriber’s database. Two items of subscriber information must be filled in: The e-mail address, and then the mailing list where the subscriber should be placed. It is impossible to create a subscriber without defining the mailing list where he or she should be placed. Once again, this shows the need for defining one or more mailing lists before you create subscribers. How to create mailing lists is described in chapter “Create Mailing Lists”.

These are all the data fields that were previously defined in the subscriber’s database. Now you will be able to fill in all the
subscriber information you have. If one or more data fields are missing, you may define them by using the “Database
Designer,” where all of the data fields were previously defined for the entire system and all the mailing lists. Please read
Chapter XX, “Database Designer,” for more information.
Please enter the e-mail address of your subscriber here.
Available mailing lists
Every mailing list you have created is listed here. The subscriber may be connected to one or more mailing lists. This relationship defines which newsletter will be sent to this subscriber.
Password
You may define or change a password for your subscriber here. It has to be at least six positions long (numbers or characters).
Format
Please choose the format for your newsletter. It may be sent as textual, HTML, or HTML & textual e-mail.
Title/Name/first name
Fill in all the subscriber information here.
After finishing your entries, click on the "save"-button at the end of this view. The following status report will be shown:
