You may also obtain additional The second table shows further interesting information about the this subscriber. The second table overview will show you the complete e-mail traffic for every subscriber. Here, subscriber claims such as “I received your newsletter more than once” may be easily verified. Clicking on the -button (“Sent newsletter”) will display all of the newsletters that BACKCLICK successfully sent to the indicated e-You are able to access the entire email traffic with this subscriber. This way, complaints like "I received your newsletter 10 times" are investigated easily. Clicking the
-button next to "Sent campaigns" displays every newsletter successfully delivered to the mail server (SMTP server) without an error message. In this same overview, you will find by BACKCLICK. This overview shows a personalized view of every newsletter, the its subject of the newsletter, and the exact time at which BACKCLICK sent it to the SMTP. If the newsletter in question is seen here only once, BACKCLICK has only sent it once. All the e-mail traffic that may be connected to this subscriber is also listed here. This is true whether the sender e-mail address of an incoming e-mail is the same as the subscriber’s e-mail address, or if the e-mail address is contained in the subscriber’s e-mail address. This listing also shows which category of bounces this e-mail has been sorted into by the self-learning reverse-flow filter.

All incoming emails BACKCLICK was able to relate to this subscriber can be accessed the same way. This relation is only possible, if either the from-address of the incoming mail equals a subscriber's email address or a subscriber's address can be found within the text itself. This list shows the category an email was sorted into by our self-learning response queue filter as well. Please refer to chapter "IMF: about the filter" for further information.
