Sending out a newsletter 

After you have created a newsletter , it will show the status “Ready for Publishing.” Choose “Campaignand set its status to "Mailable" go to Campaign-Management --> Publish Campaign” in your menu, and the Campaign. Your created newsletter will be listed therehere. You may now send the campaign immediately , or set a future date and time to send it. Both functions may be are found on the righthand right-hand side of the overview.

If you want to send out the newsletter immediately, click on the Image Added-Button. As added additional insurance, BACKCLICK will ask you , again, if you want to send out the newsletter at this timenow. Confirm this question only if you are sure with a click on "yes", if you want to start sending the newsletter "Yes". If you decline "No", sending will stop immediately.

To set a date and a time for sending, dispatch click on the -button. This will open an entry mask where all the settings should be completed. Save to define the point in time to start sending. Confirm your entries by clicking on the "Yessave"-button which will open the following affirmation: .

After saving your publishing date will be set with the following confirmation:

Your newsletter is now queued to be sent by BACKCLICK's mail engine.

If sending has already begun, the status is set to “sending on line“Sending...”. You may are able to stop the sending here , by clearing removing the time you previously set previously. Click on Clicking the -button removes the time, and the your newsletter will no longer be shown in the listsent. You will return to the overview of all the “Ready for Publishing” newsletters that are in your system. “Mailable” newsletters.

Sending may also be paused by clicking on the -button.  Remember Bare in mind that the mail engine only checks for pausing every 100 e-mails. For this reason, you must make sure that sending has already started before you pause it. every 100 emails for a possible pause state.

During and after sending a newsletter, you may are able to check the statistics as related to the rate of sending, the progress, the web traffic and so on. See To do so go to the menu , “Statistic -> Newsletter Statistics” to find Statistics --> Campaign - Statistics. You will see an overview of all mailing lists and the newsletter sent last-sent newsletter. The A rough overview of the dates of your containing data about status, start and end of sending and rate of sending should usually contain enough information. If you want to check the statistics of newsletters that were sent laterpreviously, click the -button in the last column of the overview.
