Create subscriber 

Choose “Subscriber-Management” from the Main Menu -> “create subscriber” (submenu). This will open Go to Subscriber - Management --> Create Subscriber. This will take you to a dialogue window where you may enter the subscriber information. The data fields you see will Data set fields displayed depend on the data fields you defined for created in your subscriber’s database. Two items of subscriber information must be filled in: The e-mail address, and then the mailing list where the subscriber should be placed. It is impossible to create a subscriber without defining the mailing list where he or she should be placed. Once again, this shows the need for defining one or more mailing lists before you create subscribers. How to create mailing lists is described in chapter “Create Mailing Lists”.

There are two mandatory inputs, email address and mailing list relation. Without any list relation you will not be able to create a subscriber. This is why you have to create one or more mailing list(s) beforehand. Refer to chapter "Create a mailing list" for further information.

These are all the data fields that were previously defined in the subscriber’s database. Now you will be able to fill in all the 

subscriber information you have. If one or more data fields are missing, you may define them by using the “Database 

Designer,” where all of the data fields were previously defined for the entire system and all the mailing lists. Please read 

Chapter XX, “Database Designer,” for more information. 

E-mail 

Please enter the e-mail you may use for individual subscriber data. In case you need further attributes you are able to define those using the Database - Designer. That's where all data-fields of a subscriber data-set for all your mailing lists are defined. Refer to chapter "The database designer" for further information.

Please enter the email address of your subscriber here. 

Available Mailing-Lists

All mailing lists

Every mailing list you have created is are listed here. The subscriber may be connected related to one or more mailing listslist(s). This relationship relation defines which newsletter will be sent to this subscriber. the corresponding newsletter(s) your subscriber will receive.

Password

You may define or change a password for your subscriber here. It 's password. Its length has to be at least six positions long characters (numbers, letters or special characters). 

Format

Please choose the format for your newsletter. It may be sent as textual, HTML, or HTML & textual e-mail. this subscriber's newsletter(s). Possibilities are Text, HTML & Text or HTML.

After finishing your you finished entries, click on the "save"-button at the end bottom of this viewform. The following status report will be showndisplayed:
