Contact history of the subscribers

You may also obtain additional interesting information about the subscriber. The second table overview will show you the complete e-mail traffic for every subscriber. Here, subscriber claims such as “I received your newsletter more than once” may be easily verified. Clicking  “Sent newsletter” will display all of the newsletters that BACKCLICK successfully sent to the indicated e-mail server (SMTP server) without an error message. In this same overview, you will find a personalized view of every newsletter, the subject of the newsletter, and the exact time at which BACKCLICK sent it to the SMTP. If the newsletter in question is seen here only once, BACKCLICK has only sent it once. All the e-mail traffic that may be connected to this subscriber is also listed here. This is true whether the sender e-mail address of an incoming e-mail is the same as the subscriber’s e-mail address, or if the e-mail address is contained in the subscriber’s e-mail address. This listing also shows which category of bounces this e-mail has been sorted into by the self-learning reverse-flow filter.
