Interfaces, why?
Backclick offers multiple interfaces to enable you to perform server based interactions. You can, for example, add your own subscription process to your website without using Backclicks web interface template. This way your customers can, for example, log in to your shop and subscribe to your newsletter. All you have to do is send a request from your software to one of our APIs and the subscribers will be added to Backclick. You can, of course, use all means available in E-Mail marketing (e.g.: subscription via Double-Opt-In).
Is access possible from everywhere?
Access to our interfaces is, of course, granted to authorized clients only. You can modify the configuration of authorized clients yourself, even cross-interfaces.
Missing a feature?
Our interfaces offer a lot of different possibilities, for example sending newsletters. If you are missing a feature get in contact with us, we will examine the feasibility and implement the feature according to prior agreement.
