Erase mailing lists 

Select “Mailing List Management” in your main menu and open the submenu item “delete mailing list.” An overview of all the mailing lists you have a right to will be displayed here. In order to erase a mailing list, you must have the right to do so. 

Click on the "Delete"-button in the corresponding line of the mailing list where you want to erase information. This will open a request where you must decide which information should be erased.

AbbGo to Mailing list - Management --> Delete Mailing list. All mailing lists created and configured will be listed. You will only be able to delete a list, if you have permission to do so.

After clicking the Image Added-button next to the mailing list you want to delete you have to decide what exactly is supposed to be removed.

You have the choice of three options. Default value is “only remove subscribers”. 

Only remove subscribers

: Configuration and statistical data will not be erased here. Only the subscribers who once subscribed to this mailing list will be erased. 

This removes subscriber data only. Mailing list's configuration and statistics will remain.

Only remove subscribers

including statistical data:

Subscriber’s statistical data including the history, opening data, and clicking data will be erased, but not the configuration of the mailing list.

This removes subscriber data and statistics, including history, openings and clicks. Mailing list's configuration will remain.

Completely remove mailing list

: By selecting this option, you will erase the whole mailing list, which means that all the connections of all the subscribers to this mailing list will be erased. If one subscriber is subscribed to two mailing lists, after the erasure of the first mailing list he or she will remain a subscriber on the second list, but with only one connection to a mailing list. The configuration data of this mailing list will also be erased completely. 

This removes the entire list from the system. All subscriber relations to this list will be removed. In case a subscriber is part of another mailing list, his data will not be deleted entirely. His dataset will remain with only one list relation. All statistics, including history, openings and clicks related to this list, as well as configuration will also be removed.

Confirm your selection by clicking on the "Deletedelete"-button. If you decide not to remove this mailing list after all, click on Clicking the "back"-button . You will be returned to the submenu item, “Delete mailing list.”does not remove the list and takes you back to the overview of all mailing lists available.
