Click on the "Delete"-button in the corresponding line of the mailing list where you want to erase information. This will open a request where you must decide which information should be erased.

There are three possible ways to erase mailing lists. The default value is “ONLY remove subscribers”.

Only remove subscribers:

Configuration and statistical data will not be erased here. Only the subscribers who once subscribed to this mailing list will be erased.

Only remove subscribers

including statistical data:

Subscriber’s statistical data including the history, opening data, and clicking data will be erased, but not the configuration of the mailing list.

Completely remove mailing list:

By selecting this option, you will erase the whole mailing list, which means that all the connections of all the subscribers to this mailing list will be erased. If one subscriber is subscribed to two mailing lists, after the erasure of the first mailing list he or she will remain a subscriber on the second list, but with only one connection to a mailing list. The configuration data of this mailing list will also be erased completely.

Confirm your selection by clicking on the "Delete"-button. If you decide not to remove this mailing list after all, click on the "back"-button. You will be returned to the submenu item, “Delete mailing list.”
