Management of MTA-Domains 

Several receiving MX servers recommend or demand a waiting time if a sending could not be passed before e-mails will be accepted from this sender again (Grey listing). These waiting times may be configured here for every domain. You will find the waiting times for the most important domains preconfigured in the delivery status.

The entry of waiting time must occur in seconds and is to be entered manually. (Double click on the respective fields). 

• Minimum value: 120 seconds
• Maximum value: 86400 seconds

Add new domain: To add domains to your list, click on the -button. A table line will be created where name and 

waiting time may be changed with a double click on the respective fields. 

Remove existing domains: To remove existing domains from your list, you need to mark the check box following the 

respective domain and click on the -button afterwards. A separate window containing the confirmation message will be opened. 

The window closes with a click on the -button. 

Save changes: If the default settings were changed or new domains have been added, click on the -button to save these changes. If you do not want to save your changes, click on the -button to return to the default settings. To save your changes, please click on the -button (see text). 

This will be confirmed with the following message:
