Statistics on sending/Newsletter statistics

The sending indicators of individual newsletter versions are evaluated within the newsletter statistics. By default, the last three versions of every newsletter are listed, with details of the indicators represented in the display. The sending time is the time you have set in the menu item “Newsletter editorial staff” under “Newsletter Sending.” During the sending, BACKCLICK calculates the sending duration, using the time the sending began combined with the duration of previous sendings. You may also check how many e-mails are sent per hour, and the content size for each e-mail.

At first, the latest newsletter sent to every mailing list will be displayed when you activate this BACKCLICK function. The sorting is carried out afterwards depending on relevancy. That way, you will have a short overview of the most important data.

If you would like to get further details about a specific mailing list, click on the symbol at the end of each line. You will then receive the detailed makeup of the sending totals. The exact IP traffic is shown for this list. This traffic is not calculated as an average value! The size of every e-mail sent is stored in the BACKCLICK database. The value of the Traffic that arises during communication with the SMTP servers is indicated here.

You will find the expected last day and the complete sending duration during the dispatch here. The sending rate of the newsletter is up to you. The displayed sending rate is based on the sending time. The sending time is the time between the first and the last e-mail sent to the SMTP server. The size of the content per e-mail is formed as an average value of all e-mails of this newsletter that have been sent up until the present time.

You can also display the subscriber details that are contained in the mailing list. A click on the -button will display these in a separate window.
