Returning Queue

Returning Queue

The Returning Queue makes it possible to access all bounce e-mails, in order to sort them into other categories. You may also search using the full text search. Unrequired e-mails can be deleted.

All mailing lists are presented as folders in the overview. The sub-folders represent the categories. The number of e-mails contained in a category is shown after the name of the category.

New categorization of e-mails sorted in error

It may happen that e-mails will be sorted into the wrong categories. In that case, you may sort them manually. BACKCLICK will learn that from now on, the e-mail should be put into the new category every time e-mail is sorted. To sort the e-mail into another category, select the category by activating the appropriate radio field, and click on the -button. But this learning process is restricted in BACKCLICK: The number of e-mails sorted into a new category is limited to the average number of previously sorted e-mails in any one category, plus 10%. This is designed to avoid an imbalance between the categories. For more information, see Chapter “Train Filter”.

PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to empty the queue regularly, because otherwise there will be a marked decrease in BACKCLICK functions and speed.
